I started the project with a fixed budget in mind to renovate from ceiling to floor, entire house and Hugh worked this into his estimated quote. During the work we down graded on some items but increased on others. Because we are out of town communication was key and Heidi delivered above average. We used the internet to find items, match to price allowance per list and RCH matched perfectly. The quality of work was outstanding and completed in reasonable and agreed time frame. I do highly recommend RCH.

This was a garage and master bedroom above and it had to be connected to the house and designed to flow with existing room. This was done flawlessly and with experts in each of the necessary professions. The job was started and there were teams of qualified specialists working everyday until it was complete. We are very pleased with the results and so are all our neighbors.

Did a great job in remodeling a bath room to accommodate my wife who is in a wheelchair. The cleanup after each of work could have been much better, and the beginning of the job could have been better. Would recommend Hugh and his team.

My experience was very good. Hugh built what we agreed on, they were on-time, with excellent quality workmanship, quality materials, “no” cut corners and would hire them again for sure. The entire group was friendly and very accommodating. Hugh always answers his cell phone and I would highly recommend RCH.

We had the existing tile in the entryway, hallway, kitchen, and half bath removed and replaced with new porcelain tile we supplied. They were faster than they thought on the demolition and the new tile went in quickly and quality was very good. They did accidentally damage a cabinet door in the kitchen during the demo which they are replacing at their expense. They also forgot to turn the water back on when they re-connected our dishwasher but that was resolved easily. We also had to have them return to re-grout a few small areas that were missed however this was all minor stuff. Overall, they were quick, efficient, and did quality work. Huge and his crew would be considered for further for future work at our villa.

We found Hugh and his entire team to be knowledgeable, skillful and professional. They were timely and courteous throughout the renovation on our villa. We were amazed by their attention to detail. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend or hire Hugh and his team again.

As an architect, I see many contractors. RCH rates at the top. Attention to detail, and even excellent design ideas to improve the original ideas were greatly welcomed. Outstanding craftsmen! Cleanliness on the job site a great indication of the care shown. Making sure that we were completely satisfied with the finished product was an example of how thorough they were. They never settled for the easy way, they did it in the correct way. We couldn’t be happier. We had to wait a few months for their availability, it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend them. And I don’t think you can find anyone better!
