Building is a Lot Like Basketball, it’s Impossible to Win Without a Team

While leading the company, Hugh ran his crews like a basketball team. They spent all day together, played off of each other, and always held one another accountable for their outputs. This created a tight-knit group that could finish a home-build or renovation faster than any other team in the area. This mantra extended from the field to the office, where everyone always worked closely together to ensure perfection for the client.

While we may no longer have a professional basketball player at the helm, RCH still maintains that same belief that having the right team leads to the right outcomes.

We think we have a pretty kick-butt team.

Angelina Carper

President & CEO

With nearly two decades of experience, Angelina has built nearly everything there is to build. With an extensive background managing high-performing teams, intricate projects, and demanding clients, Angelina leads RCH as President and CEO.

Erin Khalili

Chief Administrative Officer

A longstanding member of RCH’s original team, Erin is a jill-of-all-trades with a special talent in bookkeeping. Taking Heidi’s title as handler of all problems, Erin ensures our day-to-day operations go smoothly as CAO.

Den Levi

Head of Field Operations

RCH’s ever-present man on the jobsite. Coming from a family of craftsman, he is known as one of the most talented carpenters in the Hilton Head area. He serves as Head of Field Operations at RCH, commanding his legions of subcontractors.

Donnie Carper

Chief Operating Officer

A career banker with roots in Corporate Strategy and Risk Management, with a knack for tackling high-profile problems at organizations. Specializing in financial and human capital strategy, he serves as COO at RCH.
