Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and assist in cost control efforts.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction activities meet or exceed quality standards and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors to schedule work, track progress, and address issues as they arise.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction issues and challenges in a timely manner.
- Schedule Management: Assist in project scheduling and progress tracking to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Material Procurement: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Reports and Analytics: Prepare reports, status updates, and analytics as required for project management and client communication.
